I am committed to changing the paradigm for women, LGBTQ+ folks, and anyone historically excluded. The systems that we live in have told us that only certain people belong and that you have to look, sound, or come from a specific background to be successful, paid well, and valued.

My mission is to partner in dismantling these systems by shifting how we see our unique talents, voices, and stories. Gleamed from her studies of indigenous cultures worldwide, the anthropologist Angeles Arrien describes each of us as having our own original medicine. And once we know what our original medicine is, we can intentionally use it to change our lives and our communities for the better.
