It’s never too late or too early to step into the version of yourself you’ve been longing to become.

Before coaching, I built a career in the wellness space leading teams at the national level and working directly with clients to transform their relationship with their bodies and their health.

For more than 10 years, I had the opportunity to teach thousands of clients and work with the top fitness brands in the industry. I was using my talent well and yet there was a pull towards being of service in a new way. Eventually, I listened.

During a partnership with a leadership education company, I was introduced to CliftonStrengths. The company’s founder insisted that I take the strengths assessment. As someone who doesn’t like the idea of being put into a box, or labeled, I resisted. But, when I finally read my report, it shifted something in me. I saw my talent differently. I valued myself in a new way.

What I learned had such a significant impact that I knew this was the tool I wanted to use to have deeper conversations with clients about their lives, work, and well-being.

I soon became a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, founded my consulting company, and began working with executives, leaders at all levels, and teams across industries.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to supporting women, LGBTQ+ folks, and anyone historically excluded.

And although I’m originally from a small town in Georgia, and after spending enough years in New York to consider it home, I now live in Los Angeles.
